The Clan men won nine of the 11 races in dual meet at Margaret and Paul Savage Pool, including both the freestyle and medley relays.

Julian Monks won two events for the hosts, placing first in the 200-metre individual medley before winning the 100m breaststroke.

Dimitar Ivanov got the Clan off to strong start, winning the 800m free in a convincing time of 8: 44.01. Adam Kautz then scored a win in the 200m free.

Jason Evans and Hans Heyer finished one-two in the 50m free sprint, while Ciaran McDonnell and Paolo Olavario scored the final two wins for the Clan, touching first in the 100m butterfly and backstroke, respectively.
