Simon Fraser University hockey will be holding its third annual scholarship luncheon next month.
The event will take place on Friday, Sept. 14 at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver.
Proceeds from the event contribute to the funding of our 2012/13 scholarships. This year, representatives from both SFU men's and women's hockey teams will take part, ensuring full recognition of the achievement that our young athletes regularly show both in the classroom and on the ice.

The puck drops at 11:30 a.m. A silent auction and reception will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The lunch will follow wrapping up at 2:00 p.m. The event will be hosted by local sports broadcaster David Pratt, and will include a number of guest speakers to be announced.
Without the funds raised at this event every year, we would not be able to operate at the high level of competition that we enjoy today.
