The SFU Clan men's soccer team is 4-0 after two home wins in three days at Fox Field in Burnaby.

On a wet Sunday night, the Clan won a physical battle against the Hawaii Pacific Sea Warriors, 3-2, to keep their undefeated record intact.

Lucas Ferritto scored the game winner for the second match in a row.

"We didn't get down on each other in the locker room or when we were behind and were able to come up with a big win," Ferritto said in a press release.

The Clan fell behind when Sea Warrior Heimana Chene scored early in the first half. Josh Hodnett equalized for the Clan in the 35th minute when a deflected shot from Helge Neumann landed at the SFU striker's feet.

The Clan took the lead in the 61st minute on a pass from Hodnett to Carlo Basso, who clinically finished with his seventh goal of the young season. Daniel Haehre teamed up with Alejandro Porras to equalize before Ferrito went up the left side and got the game winner.

The Clan win comes only two days after they beat Azusa Pacific 6-1. The Clan got goals from Colin Jacques, Ferritto, Justin Wallace, Basso, Jovan Blagojevic and Hodnett, who completed the scoring with a spectacular bicycle kick.

The Clan are 4-0 heading into the start of Great Northwest Athletic Conference play this week. Simon Fraser hosts Montana State Billings at 7: 30 p.m. on Thursday at Fox Field. Admission is free.
