"Lewis and Clark works hard and threw aggressive defensive zones at us, so it made for a good challenge for our young players early in the year. We received good leadership from Katie (Lowen) and Erin (Chambers). Chelsea (Reist) was very active on the boards and hit a series of high post shots at a key time."
Lewis and Clark scored the first four points of the game before the Clan went on a 17-4 run to take the lead for good.
By halftime the Clan had built up a 12-point lead, outscoring Lewis and Clark 42-30 in the first half, before increasing their lead to 20 points by the end of the game, outscoring the home side 44-36 in the second half.
