“With the heavy rainfall today you ‘otter’ know to watch out for localized flooding,” read the tweet with a gif of some otters floating.

Currently Westminster Avenue is closed between Still Creek Ave and Regent St. Also closed Still Creek Avenue from Douglas Road to Westminister Ave Regent Street at Westminister Ave.

“Help the rain drain by clearing leaves and debris from catch basins on your street,” the city is warning Burnaby residents.
