Traffic on Hastings Street is in chaos this afternoon following a traffic accident that has injured a pedestrian.
The accident happened around 4:45 p.m. at the corner of Rosser Street and Hastings in the Burnaby Heights area.
Firefighters, police and paramedics are on scene, and eastbound traffic on Hastings is at a standstill as rush hour is in full swing.
Drivers are being advised to take an alternate route.
