Our parks are supposed to be for healthy, active use. Sitting on a park bench and leaving your "butts" all over isn't healthy or attractive.
Maybe, if the smokers just picked up after themselves, it wouldn't be too bad. Unfortunately, most of them feel that it's up to someone else to pick up after them. And the poor children that are playing around in that.
It's ironic that you can't have a cold beer during your baseball game, but you can leave your garbage, butts, all over the fields.
