Dear Editor:
Where is Richard T. Lee? Many citizens of North Burnaby are sufficiently concerned over the Kinder Morgan pipeline expansion proposal to attend information sessions and public events organized by groups like BROKE (Burnaby Residents Opposed to KinderMorgan Expansion). Our Federal representative (MP Kennedy Stewart) continues to be a strong advocate for the interests of the citizens of North Burnaby.
Burnaby's mayor and council are working hard to inform their constituents and to protect their interests from the risks associated with export of dirty oil through Burnaby neighborhoods.
Where is Richard T. Lee's voice? I believe he is collecting a paycheque to represent the interests of the residents of North Burnaby. I believe he is personally opposed to the expansion of oil export through Burnaby. Whose interests is he representing in this matter?
