Centre decision is cruel

I was moved to tears when I saw what you are doing. This is cruel and unacceptable. People are more important than the bottom line.

My father was a Second World War vet and, thankfully, he was well taken care of by family until the last few weeks of his life, when he went in to a hospice.

Obviously, the long-term staff is like family to your residents. I understand contracting out is cheaper for you but let's not forget, the contractor is in business to make money so, who suffers? The residents, our war veterans, of course.
