Dear Editor:
Re: Trans Mountain maintains pipeline, editorial, Burnaby NOW, March 15.
Mr. Hugh Harden, Kinder Morgan's vice-president of operations and engineering, states that an anti-corrosive coating helps ensure that the existing pipeline "poses no threat when undisturbed."
Just how long will that old pipeline remain undisturbed if Kinder Morgan installs a new three-foot diameter pipeline within its existing right-of-way through North Burnaby?
