I just found out today the board is accepting applications mid-January, most likely Jan. 15. There should be 21 to 30 days to get your application in after that.

It's 14 pages and it outlines some of the people, government agencies and industry reps that Kinder Morgan has to alert about applying for intervenor status. It also lists the newspapers they have to advertise in to alert the public, including ours, the Burnaby NOW.
