My wife and I were having a peaceful paddle on Burnaby Lake with fishers on the dock at this beautiful wildlife sanctuary when our peace was interrupted by an extremely loud remote-controlled speed boat.
We have already gotten the run around between Burnaby parks and Metro Vancouver parks.
It should be clear that these activities are prohibited. These obnoxious boats have no place on a lake that is for paddlers, fishers and wildlife.
