Dear Editor:
It would seem the mayor has lost touch with reality. The homeless issue has been in the media constantly of late and
won't be going away anytime soon. Is Burnaby going to be like Abbotsford with things like chicken manure?
The mayor has put too much time and effort (never mind money) into his pet project, Kinder Morgan.
Open your eyes, mayor and council, the homeless are people just like the rest of us and we can't sweep them under the carpet, nor can we hope they move to another jurisdiction.
