The letter from Mr. Dillon says it all about the current situation at Pacific Blue Cross.
How has the superintendent of provincial insurance allowed this to carry on for such a long time?
Pacific Blue Cross is not settling claims which are mailed. I have several outstanding for over a month which have not been paid.
They are pushing their customers to send them online.
Not everybody has a computer, especially senior retirees. They have enough on their plate paying up front for their medications and now waiting for settlement of their claims.
Are they trying to displace their employees?
