Regarding the Art Poll (asking whether Burnaby needs a new art gallery): What other art gallery has such historical significance and a ghost to boot! We must keep it right where it is and enjoy the beautiful setting as well. A yes and no questionnaire doesn’t do the poll justice. Vancouver has the old courthouse. We have Fairacres/Ceperley Manor, which is part of the larger, interesting area with older buildings and homes surrounding Burnaby Lake.
