You probably heard the buzz on Twitter. Former ICBC CEO and one of Kinder Morgan's biggest critics has withdrawn from the National Energy Board hearing for the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
Allan is not the first. Her partner, Marc Eliesen, also withdrew his intervenor status from the hearing back in November. Eliesen is former Hydro CEO and has decades of energy sector experience.
