Dear Editor:
One small but significant omission from the recent article (Night closing sought for party park, Nov. 16) about the problems at Ledingham Park is the fact that all of Burnaby's neighboring municipalities have bylaws and regulations which spell out night curfews in parks. Burnaby does not, and thereby qualifies as a party destination for hooligans from other municipalities such as those who created the disturbance on Sept. 16.
