Letter: Burnaby park's path needs separation or someone will get hurt

Editor: Re: Danger factor too high with Burnaby’s new linear park , NOW letters, July 19 I am in total agreement with letter writer, Cathy Griffin. As it is designed, this path does not safely, comfortably accommodate both walkers and cyclists.

I am in total agreement with letter writer, Cathy Griffin. As it is designed, this path does not safely, comfortably accommodate both walkers and cyclists. 

I remember early on reading in the Burnaby NOW about the park concept, that there were concerns from HUB regarding the lack of vision in not separating the cycle path. But sadly, no one was listening. 

This path needs to be separated. It is not too late to change and make this path safer for all.
