Iain Macanulty makes some valid points. It seems that using proportionality would help deal with many of the problems of our current system.
Having just read the attorney general’s report and the four key principles that are part of all three system choices for PR, it seems many are missing the big concept – does proportionality give us a more representative government?
If all three systems can do that and satisfy the four key principles, then what is the problem?
