I run an AirBnB in Richmond and it works very well.

When I travel, I use AirBnB and it is nice to host other travelers as well. I love meeting new people from different parts of the world.

Hotels are very expensive and can make travel plans impossible for some on tighter budgets. Myself included.

I do have a driveway that I get guests to park in, but sometimes they need to use the street. It’s ok, they won’t be there for long.

What AirBnB also helps me do, is save more money. The cost of living is very challenging and the AirBnB income allows me to live my life, instead of living to pay my mortgage.

It also means I must keep my place very tidy inside and out. The lawn is taken care of, hedges trimmed, and driveway is kept clean.

I do not want bad reviews. We live in one of the most expensive cities in the world and it is very well traveled.

AirBnB fits nicely, as long it is not a burden to neighbours. Please don’t take my AirBnB away from me.
