Editor: I recently read two articles that you wrote in the Burnaby NOW . The first one is the article on the vertigo driver and the latter is the distracted driver vs. speeding article .

The City of Surrey has recently been in the news for issuing bylaw infraction warnings to Uber drivers. Essentially, Surrey’s bylaw officers are using the app to order a ride hailing service, and then issuing the driver a warning upon their arrival.

Editor: I read about a kid who was run over at 17 Avenue and Humphries Street. I noticed that Humphries is only street in the area without sidewalk. Humphries has more pedestrian and vehicle traffic than any other street in area.
