You can’t really choose your neighbours. They are who they are – sometimes good, sometimes bad. But if you have an absentee landlord, it can make the whole neighbour thing really tough to deal with if there’s ever a problem.

I’m nosy. I admit it. I try to stay out of other people’s business, but I’m also a journalist so I’m always looking for a story.

I rage a lot about people dumping their crap all over our beautiful city. And for good reason. It’s a constant problem in Burnaby and I see examples of it all the time.

A disgusting, racist vandal has struck in Burnaby. A tweet by @xDVNx has photos showing swastikas spray painted along the Central Valley Greenway trail between North Road and Cariboo Road. “There is some fresh Nazi graffiti here,” read the tweet.
