Drone footage captures stunning views from this $16-million West Vancouver mansion (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

The house sits on a half-acre lot that offers spectacular views of the ocean, Downtown Vancouver, the Lions Gate Bridge and Mt Baker

You wake up, place your feet on heated floors, take the elevator downstairs to the small golf green in your backyard for a bit of putting practice and take a dip in your infinity pool all before breakfast.

Those are some of the amenities offered by 1022 Eyremount, a West Vancouver mansion located in the prestigious British Properties neighbourhood. Clocking in at $15,998,000 the home is far from the most expensive property listing in Vancouver, that honour goes to the $88 million undeveloped property bundle in Point Grey. Nevertheless, 1022 Eyremount offers a laundry list of features like a home theatre, sauna, wet bar and billiard area.

The home also offers panoramic views over West Vancouver looking toward downtown, the Lions Gate bridge and Mt. Baker. These views along with the rest of the 9,900 square foot property and its five bedrooms and eight bathrooms were shown off in a recent video by Inframe Real Estate.

The video starts off by showing the exterior of the house with its switchback driveway and cream-coloured stone facade before the camera pushes through the front door to get a look inside. Chandeliers, plush couches and several eating areas are shown with views out to the water. The video also shows what the house looks like as the sunsets and the footlights and fire pits illuminate the backyard and infinity pool.

For more information on the property, you can check out the listing on the REW.ca website.
