Zamora’s experience on both the brokerage side and the presale marketing side at rennie is value-added for his clients.

For buyers or sellers located in the Lower Mainland, the experience can be downright dizzying.

Real estate agent Eric Zamora knows that assessing the present-day housing prices and asking the ‘how-to’ when making an informed decision can become daunting tasks. His professional experience of the past ten years, five of which have been spent at the real estate company, Rennie & Associates Realty Ltd, allow him to bring some serious A-game to his clients.

The areas Zamora specializes in include Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, the Tri-Cities and Surrey.

When asked what sets him apart from other real estate advisors in a saturated market, Zamora says, “I feel a great sense of pride working at rennie. Our approach is very focused on analyzing the data, which is a huge part of our brokerage, in terms of having data-backed insights that are educational and accessible to our clients.”

In relation to real estate, data helps clients with “planning and decision making” says Zamora.

“We’re often asked the tough crystal ball type questions, like when is the best time to buy? When is it time to sell?” he says.

“Our data resources help show where the trends have been and where they are potentially headed.”

Zamora tells us that rennie has a “dedicated intelligence team of both economists and analysts that collect all sorts of data, which is used to create various reports for real estate agents on a monthly basis. We also publish the Rennie Landscape twice a year. That bi-annual report is more comprehensive and encompasses several micro and macro indicators that influence our real estate market. For example, the job market, interest rates, policy, demographics, and population growth, to name a few – are all analyzed by our intelligence team, who puts it into a format that is easy to follow.”

With the pandemic, Zamora has most initial meetings with clients virtually, after which he can quickly provide data as a valuable tool, sharing what he says is “a boots on the ground update, versus what is shared on news headlines.”

Zamora’s experience on both the brokerage side and the presale marketing side at rennie is value-added for his clients. The five times he’s been awarded the rennie leaders award, plus four times he has been recognized as a Medallion Club recipient, should provide any potential buyer or seller with the confidence of his skills and experience.

Zamora grew up in Coquitlam’s Canyon Springs, right below Westwood Plateau, and moved into downtown Vancouver for “a lot of my adult years while working in finance and wealth management, but it wasn’t the best match for me,” he says.

After eight years in the world of finance, he made a challenging career transition and went into real estate with no regrets.

“It’s like a switch turned on, and there was no turning back,” Zamora smiles. “I feel very grateful.”

Having lived in a few different neighbourhoods across the Lower Mainland, Zamora has settled in New Westminster with his wife and two daughters. Having the first-hand experience of living in various cities himself helps him guide his clients to making informed decisions.
