The Vancouver weather forecast is calling for some frigid daily lows as well as another dumping of snow tonight.

Environment Canada notes that the city will see a low of -5°C on Tuesday, however, the wind chill will make it feel closer to -14. And while the morning forecast calls for a 60 per cent chance of flurries, the evening is expected to see snowfall. Accumulations of five to 10 centimetres are expected by Wednesday morning, and a few additional centimetres are expected to fall during the day Wednesday.

A third system, associated with a deep offshore low, is on the horizon for Wednesday night. A fair degree of uncertainty exists regarding its impact upon the south coast. The mainland coast may see some snowfall, however, Vancouver Island may see a considerable amount of snow as outflow winds increase with the passage of this system.

Snowfall is expected to continue until Friday, with the weekend forecast calling for a return to rain.
