Police have arrested the man who lost it over an ‘Iced Capp’ at a New West Tim Hortons
The man seen on surveillance footage flipping out at a Tim Hortons in New Westminster in September is now facing criminal charges. Alan Sam Deguillaume was arrested on Oct. 15 in Powell River, according to New Westminster Police.
