Mothballs not an answer for raccoon plague
Dear Editor: Re: Raccoons not a city issue, Letters to the editor, Burnaby NOW, Oct. 15. There was a letter to the editor that recommended mothballs in the garden as a deterrent to raccoons. This is an absolutely wrong recommendation.
