"Just what we need, another unprincipled politician." That line was aimed like a dagger at the heart of the B.C. Conservative Party. But it may be more like a boomerang, coming back to smack the ruling provincial Liberals.

Dear Editor: There seems to be considerable angst among a certain segment of our society regarding the recent referendum that nixed the HST, notably big business and certain professionals who are disciples of trickle-down economic theory.

Sept. 26 to 30 is recognized internationally as "Right to Know Week" and is a time to raise awareness about freedom of information legislation.
