Republican Addison McDowell won election to a U.S. House seat representing North Carolina on Tuesday, flipping a Democratic-held district. McDowell will replace Democratic Rep. Kathy Manning, who decided not to run for a third term.

Republican Rep. Daniel Meuser won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Meuser, 60, was running for a fourth term in his heavily Republican district in northeastern Pennsylvania. Meuser beat Democrat Amanda Waldman.

Republican Rep. William Timmons won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing South Carolina on Tuesday. Timmons, a lawyer, was first elected to Congress in 2018 after serving in the state Senate.

Democrat Jason Crow won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Colorado on Tuesday. He initially won the seat in 2018, becoming the first Democrat to represent the central district since it was created in the early 1980s.

Democratic Rep. Joseph Morelle won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing New York on Tuesday. Morelle was first elected to represent the Rochester-area district in 2018 after serving as majority leader in the New York State Assembly.

Democratic Rep. Steve Cohen won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Tennessee on Tuesday. Cohen has served the 9th Congressional District since 2007 in a seat that encompasses Memphis.

Republican Rep. John Joyce won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Joyce, 67, was running for a fourth term in his heavily Republican district in southern Pennsylvania.

Republican Rep. Michael McCaul won reelection to a U.S. House seat representing Texas on Tuesday, defeating Democrat Theresa Boisseau. McCaul is a longtime member of the U.S. House, serving since 2005 and heading into his 11th term.

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Republican Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi has defeated Democrat Ty Pinkins, a challenger who received little financial support from his own party in a heavily Republican state.
