A four-year driving ban imposed on drunk driver Roberto Francisco after he killed 69-year-old Ontario grandmother Louise Landreth in June 2019 has been quashed because of an amendment to the Criminal Code that is up to Parliament to fix, according to B.C.'s Court of Appeal.
