The Heights in Burnaby is an iconic neighbourhood, full of bustling restaurants, great cafés, groceries and other local businesses.

If you’re running errands and in need of a coffee and cake break, here’s five cafés to check out along Hastings Street.

Caffé Divano/Gabi & Jules

Get ready to relax at Caffé Divano and Gabi & Jules at 4568 Hastings St. With coffee roasted by local maker Pallet Coffee, a vast assortment of baked goods (made from scratch daily), and an excellent selection of paninis, salads and quiche, this is a great place to kick up your feet and recharge.

Nuvola Gelato & Dolci
