Young singers from Burnaby are among those taking to the stage on Sunday, Nov. 26 at a concert celebrating Canada 150 in song. The B.C. Boys Choir and the B.C.

Lovers of live music, Shadbolt Centre is the place to be this month. The Shadbolt continues its A Little Lunch Music series in the Studio Theatre at noon on Sept. 28, with a free live concert featuring the Jen Hodge All-Stars with Dixieland jazz.

It’s not Christmas without the sounds of a choir singing. Choral music fans have a couple of Christmas gifts to choose from this holiday season, with two choral concerts in the city on Saturday, Dec. 16.

Contemporary dance returns to the Shadbolt Centre stage this coming week. Company 605 is bringing its program In Circulation to the stage from Nov. 22 to 25, with 8 p.m. shows nightly.
