New Burnaby barrier not designed to block photographers: Trans Mountain
A barrier has been erected at the Burnaby Mountain tank farm by Trans Mountain. The high structure inside the fence line, adjacent to Shellmont Street, is actually a “sound barrier,” according to Trans Mountain.
