Dine the Line showcases Burnaby restaurants by SkyTrain

Which culinary hot spot will be first on your list?

Tealips Café, Glorious Bao, Café La Foret and Tenen Eastern European Cuisine (clockwise from top left) are among the Burnaby eateries getting love from the Dine the Line campaign.

Whether your hankerings run to bubble tea, beer or bahn mi, there’s a foodie spot in Burnaby just waiting for you to discover it — and you don’t have to take the car.

TransLink is bringing back its popular Dine the Line campaign, and Burnaby eateries are among those earning mentions.

The campaign was launched in 2019 with West Coast Food to help encourage transit ridership while promoting local restaurants and breweries in cities around the region.

Now the campaign is being renewed for the emerging-from-the-pandemic era in 2022.

You can explore local eateries by theme — whether that’s family-friendly, plant-based or bubble tea — or you can choose a SkyTrain line near you and find restaurants along it (with stop information and walking time included).

In case sampling some delightful food and beverages wasn’t enough of an incentive, there’s also a Dine the Line and Win contest that gives you a chance to win a grand prize of a two-night stay at the Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver and dinner at Diva at the Met, plus Compass Cards for two, preloaded with three days of unlimited transit on all SkyTrain lines, buses and SeaBus.

Check out the full list of Dine the Line itineraries online, or scroll through the Burnaby offerings below to find a neighbourhood spot near you.
