So, with laneway homes, has council considered the lack of infrastructure needed to handle increased traffic on streets?
The need for more schools to handle student volume?
The effect on climate?
This municipal plan is also going to have a dramatic effect on current home prices and make even more difficult for people to purchase a home and live in an enjoyable quiet neighbourhood.
