The most and least expensive homes sold in Burnaby in September

Homes in Burnaby last month sold between $379,000 for a one-bedroom condo in Simon Fraser Hills to $4.65 million for a six-bedroom detached home near Deer Lake.

Last month, Burnaby saw the number of home sales drop to the second lowest since January.

While there were 125 total residential sales in January, there were 257 total homes sold in September, including 46 detached homes, 171 apartments and 40 townhomes, according to statistics from Zealty.ca.

Prices ran the gamut, with the most expensive home being sold for $4,654,000 and the cheapest apartment sold for $379,900.
