Want to find the best Halloween houses in Burnaby this weekend?
Tourism Burnaby has created a map of the best-decorated yards and homes in the city.
With homes decorated in lights, spooky life-size ghosts, pumpkins galore, cobwebs upon cobwebs with creepy tarantulas crawling over gables, and animatronic ghouls (and don't forget the 11-foot-tall skeletons), Burnaby residents are a creative bunch.
Tourism Burnaby also awarded a family the title of Burnaby's best Halloween display, with a cheque for $1,000.
Burnaby Mayor Mike Hurley wrote on Instagram, "This family truly went above and beyond."
