LETTER: Corrigan managed Burnaby well
Editor: Under the leadership of Derek Corrigan, Burnaby was given the prestigious award for the best-managed city in all of Canada. The voters for Mr. Hurley have said it is time for a change. I believe they will give Burnaby that change.
