After decades of offering gardening tips and advice, Burnaby NOW columnist Anne Marrison is calling it quits. Marrison, now 79, was born in England but now lives in Maple Ridge and is beginning to take on more of a caregiver role with her husband.

How one Burnaby resident found her calling

Burnaby’s Charlford House is $10,000 richer as the runner up in a Pacific Blue Cross fundraising contest.

The City of Burnaby is looking for volunteers to help cover the giant dirt-filled sculptures with plant plugs. When the plant plugs bloom and grow, they give shape to massive animals.
