TransLink announces layoffs, route cancellations, and service reductions as 'cost-saving measures'

Public transit is going to be scaled back radically in Metro Vancouver due to COVID-19, and a number of people out of work for the time being, as TransLink announced Monday a series of cost-cutting measures that includes layoffs and schedule changes.
