Surrey RCMP arrest man on Canada-wide warrant out of Burnaby
Sean Trevor Cuddeford, 36, has been charged with break-and-enter and obstructing a police officer in relation to a Surrey incident. He was wanted on break-and-enter charges out of Burnaby at the time.
