'Shoddy' cleanup is putting pedestrians at risk
Dear Editor: I am writing to voice a great concern with regard to road accidents. I have noticed that whenever a road accident occurs, the crew sent to clear the debris, glass, etc. efficiently gets rid of the said materials in very quick time.
