Burnaby North won its home opener 37 - 0 over Windsor Secondary at the Burnaby Lake Rugby Club on Monday.

The North Burnaby Boxing Club banged out five wins in a busy weekend of sparring last week. Lightweight Marcus Sandhu won a unanimous three-round decision over Scott Woodward of 4 Corners Boxing at a Friday night show at Hollyburn Country Club.
